Frequently Asked Questions
The deposit is only refundable if the puppy is unhealthy on delivery or is not the same puppy as shown in photos. Once you reserve a puppy, it is taken off the market, so we ask that you make a good faith effort to purchase him/her.
We have prepared a tutorial to help you understand the entire process of buying a puppy, from the initial deposit to delivery. Please check it out here.

Yes, we microchip all of our puppies before delivering them to our customers. Vaccination and health certificates also have the microchip IDs listed.
We include photos of our puppy’s parents in all of the listings. To see them, click on the photo carousel and you will see the parents near the end.
We are based in two cities around the world: San Jose, California and Taipei, Taiwan. We sell puppies in both Asia and North America.
No. Our prices are firm. We strive to provide maximum value for you without sacrificing the health and quality of our puppies.
Depending on the distance between you and the puppy, it may be possible for you to visit the puppy in person before buying. However, this is mostly discouraged as we are not a pet shop and would prefer having you look at photos, videos, or even have a video conference via Skype or Facetime instead.
There are two ways to pick up your puppy. You can come by our San Jose location and pick up your puppy in person, or request a shipment to your address. Shipping will incur a shipping and handling fee. We will provide the exact cost of shipping once we have your address. We can ship to all states in the United States, so please ask us to get an exact quote.
We accept Paypal, check, credit card, or cash. Note that all payment options other than cash in person will incur a 3% surcharge.
